211 is a free, help-by-telephone service for information, referral, and crisis intervention that is easily accessed from anywhere in Connecticut.  Trained professionals help callers find information, deal with a crisis by locating services in their area on many different issues – from substance abuse to volunteering, 24 hours a day.  211 has responded to over 7,000 calls asking for help or information in our region.
