Founded in 1975 to serve Cornwall and surrounding communities. Its mission is to provide the best possible early childhood program in a stimulating environment and foster social skills in a family atmosphere that encourages parental, community, and school involvement.  United Way funding enables the Center to offer tuition assistance on a sliding fee scale based on family income.
